- What is Quality Management? I
saw the videos, and I also read a few definitions to build my own concept of Quality Management. And I could see it as a formalized system that
supervises and documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities for
achieving quality policies and objectives. Looking to coordinate and
direct the activities inside a company.
- What is the objective of Quality Management? I think that the most important part of Quality Management is the
fact that it helps companies to create a reputation and after that, they
can create an advantage over their competitors. Quality will always be a
must, but also a plus.
- Which are the key components of Quality management? Describe in
detail each one.
- Quality Control: Based on the inspection, takes defects out. It
helps to give the perfect product, and avoid defects and returns.
- Quality assurance: Based on processes, builds quality in. The
importance of this is big because this is where you focus in create
perfection since you are in the production area. It avoids mistakes and
defects.
- Describe what Quality Management involves. (process)
The processes are focus on
the customers and the acceptance of the products and services.
- What does “Quality Improvement Methods” refer to? Explain in
detail.
A procedure, process, or
system which needs changing, or a new procedure, process or system to be
introduced and a small cohort of associated stakeholders. Plan, do, study, act
(PDSA) cycles to test changes to assess their impact, ensuring new ideas
improve quality
- What is the Quality Management principle that the International standard for Quality Management adopts? Write a description of each.
- ISO9001: Created in 2015; The requirements of this are:
Scope, Normative References, Terms and Definitions, Context of the organization, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operation, Improvement.
- ISO14001: This is the one that specifies the requirements for an environmental management system.
- ISO45001: This is the one that specifies the requirements for an occupational health and safety management system.
- ISO27001: This is the one that specifies the requirements for an information security management system.
- What are the benefits of Quality Management?
- Customer satisfaction: Client satisfaction needs to be our
principal worry.
- Customer recommendation: When our customers start to recommend our
product or service, it is a signal that we did it amazingly.

ResponderBorrarI love your definition of quality management and your answer to the objective of it, specially by the part of reputation. I think it is crucial to companies to create a good reputation based on the quality of their products because not even a good marketing campaign can compete against reality.
