  1. What does Forex stand for? 

Forex is an abbreviation for foreign exchange.


  1. What does Forex refer to?

As I could remember from my economy class, it is the value of one currency relative to another; Like Euros into Mexican Pesos. 


  1. What is Forex trading?

Is a kind of virtual market where everyone with or without experience can buy stock values, we need to remember that in some countries forex trading is almost completely unregulated. 


  1. What does the Forex trading market refer to?

The foreign exchange market is where currencies are traded.


  1. How does the foreign exchange work?

It can be as simple as changing one currency for another. But it can also become a game of chance where we seek to invest and make a profit.


  1. What do people trade?

International currencies. 


  1. How do people trade?

First they need to select a currency pair, remember we are exchanging the value of one currency to another, and the most important part is to analyze the market to choose the correct moment to take the risk. 


  1. What is a currency pair?

Is a price quote of the exchange rate for two different currencies traded in FX markets.


  1. What makes currency- pairs move? 

If the base currency weakens or strengthens or if the quote currency strengthens or weakens.

  2. Hi there! I have wrote something in all your activities, I could not miss this.
    First of all, I can notice that you summarized pretty well, I did not wrote the same as you, in almost everything, but that is the magic of this.
    In the first question I said: It is a truly global market, which is everywhere, there the majority of trading occurs. This market is open for business 24 hours a day, we can exchange equities, money, etc.´ That is the reason why I was impressed of your answer, wow!, very interesting, I did not know that forex is an abbreviation of ´foreign exchange´, I am sorry!

    In the last question; the reason why currency – pairs move, you mentioned that this happens if the quote currency strengthens or weakens, I added this: a currency has a relative value. In forex pairs for exchange trading, we can see the value of one currency versus another. Potentially, everything can have an impact on the currency markets: interest rates, unemployment numbers, political events, etc.

    There exists a bunch of situations that can transform the value of an exchange into the Forex market, what is your opinion about it?
