related to employees, because employees are the most powerful and valuable
resources in a business organization.
What is
the role of human resources? Define in detail.
The primary
responsibilities associated with human resource management include: job
analysis and staffing, organization and utilization of workforce, measurement
and appraisal of workforce performance, implementation of reward systems for
employees, professional development of workers, and maintenance of workforce.
What is
Capital? Is the collective value of the capabilities,
knowledge, skills, life experiences, and motivation of an organizational
workforce. Sometimes human capital is called intellectual capital to reflect
the thinking, knowledge, creativity, and decision-making that people in
organizations contribute.

For sure, Human resources
is one of the most important and valuable areas in a company; they select the
perfect employees, trying to create a pleasant atmosphere between every single
area.

Which
of the responsibilities you mentioned in the previous questions do you think is
the most challenging or an HRM? Why?
I think that the first one
is the most important one because when we are talking about job recruitment is
really complicated you need to be talented and have a great eye to hire someone
who can handle the job, because one thing is having a CV with specific
characteristics on it, and something totally different is working with that
person and discover how the employee works.
